Results from calculators such as BMI, calorie or body-fat tools are estimates. We draw our data pages from named public sources such as the NHS Health Survey for England, Sport England Active Lives and the National Diet and Nutrition Survey, and we cite them. Source data can change, and we cannot guarantee it is complete or current for your situation.
